BOOTIQ has clients it has worked with for years. Project managers understand their business best, because they are in contact with them every week, and that is exactly why they know the most about them in the company. What they were missing until now was a systematic overview of what is happening at the client outside the joint projects.
A new IT manager, an approved budget for next year, a tender for a new web portal, a new technology deployed by someone else. These things can only be caught if someone watches for them continuously. BOOTIQ decided not to leave this to chance and to the attention of individuals. It wanted to support this part of the process with data.
“
The greatest value is created when sales and delivery work as one team. With BizMachine, our project team has information in advance, knows about changes immediately and can come with a solution before the client asks for it.

A second question relates to the same portfolio. BOOTIQ is preparing to launch a new product, and its existing clients are naturally the first group for it. But an “existing client” is not one category: one client would want the product and does not know that BOOTIQ makes it; for another, it makes no sense in their situation. Approaching everyone in the same way does not work in either case.
BOOTIQ answers both questions with one tool: the BizMachine MCP connector, which brings data from the BizMachine workspace directly into the AI assistant it works in.
About the Client
BOOTIQ, based in Prague, builds complex custom digital solutions and provides experienced IT specialists. It focuses on custom software development, process automation, data analytics and UX/UI design.
It is backed by the technology group BiQ Group, which adds further specialized expertise and gives it the stability and capacity to handle even the most demanding enterprise projects.
First Question: What Is Changing at Clients
BOOTIQ has its client portfolio together in the connector and has their company changes tracked. Each type of signal answers a question that a project manager would ask anyway. They would just have to look for the answer themselves, and later.
What BOOTIQ Tracks
| Signal | Why it matters for an existing client |
|---|
| Change in a key role, change of statutory representative | A new marketing or IT manager reviews suppliers. The first weeks decide who they will work with. |
| Published tender, awarded subsidy | The budget is on the table and the brief is still being written. Whoever is involved earlier can help shape the brief. |
| Hiring for digitalization roles or IT specialists | The client is either growing or bringing part of the work in-house. Both can be addressed, but each in a different way. |
| New technology on the client’s website | Someone delivered a solution that BOOTIQ did not know about. This signal can also be read as a warning. |
| Published financial statements, revenue growth | A planning cycle is starting. The timing of a proposal is suddenly based on data, not on an estimate. |
| Change of owner, new investor | A new strategy and usually a new budget. At the same time, new people arrive, and the relationship has to be built again. |
Hiring in IT can mean growth as well as a move to an in-house solution. Combined with a new technology on the website, it is a clear signal: instead of a rushed sales offer, it is time to discuss where and how BOOTIQ can make the most sense for the client going forward.
“
The connector goes through the whole portfolio and shows exactly what has changed, whether it is a new IT manager, a tender for a website or a newly deployed technology. Usually once a week, the salesperson runs a report in their preferred AI tool, makes a first assessment of the change and passes it on to the project manager. The project manager then looks at the situation in detail from a delivery point of view, and together they have a concrete reason to contact the client several months earlier than the information would otherwise reach them, if at all.

Second Question: Who Should Be Offered the New Product First
Which clients could be good beta users? Which clients are better not to target at the first launch? To answer this, BOOTIQ had the MCP connector put together a setup for AI Prioritization, which gives each client a value from 0 to 100 based on how well the new product fits them.
Maroš Kövér did not write a filter or a list of criteria, but described the product the way one would explain it to a colleague and added the logic for deciding the ranking. The connector found the matching data in the BizMachine workspace and turned the description into specific data points that Prospector actually contains. The resulting setup can then be run in Prospector with one click.

A schema of what AI Prioritization returns: a value from 0 to 100 against the described product, and the reasons behind it. An illustration, not BOOTIQ’s data.
“
I do not need to know in advance what data I need for the ranking. I describe the product in my own words, add the logic I want to prioritize by, and the connector puts together the whole setup, including the data that belongs to it. It took me a few minutes. By hand, I would spend five to ten minutes on each client before I went through it and decided whether the use case fits.

The ranking gives salespeople a basis for deciding: for whom the new product makes sense right away, for whom to wait for a signal from the first question, and whom it is not worth approaching at all.
Where BOOTIQ Is Taking Its Sales Work Next
“
The connector is one of the core data sources of our sales engine and one of the leading tools in our stack. It brings external data directly into the AI assistant where the team works with it every day, and where it helps us add the context we need for other tools and for our own know-how. This way, we have everything together in one place.

Key Takeaways
- You can support the care of existing clients with data, just as you support winning new ones.
Knowledge of the client stays with the people who work with them. Data adds what happens outside the joint projects: a change in a role, a published tender, a new technology.
- “When” and “who first” are two different questions.
A signal tells you when it makes sense to get in touch. AI Prioritization tells you who to approach first.
- You do not have to write the setup yourself.
Describing the product in your own words and leaving the translation into data criteria to the connector is faster than building a filter by hand. It also helps when you know what you want but do not want to start from zero.
The MCP connector is switched on by an administrator in the workspace. Your assistant then has Prospector data and signals available where you already work.
