How it works
Tell the AI in plain English what you sell and who you sell it to. Define your ideal customer and, conversely, who is not a good fit. No formulas, no technical setup.
The Agent evaluates every company in your saved segment or tag. It aggregates firmographics, new LinkedIn roles and job openings, tech stacks, financial insights, and corporate ownership.
Every company in your selected segment receives a value from 0 to 100. For each one, you can see exactly why it is prioritized high or low. Your team works from the best leads down—not by the alphabet, and not by gut feeling.
Segment prioritization
You have a segment of hundreds or thousands of companies and need to know where to start. Going through them manually or alphabetically simply doesn't make sense. The agent shows which have the greatest potential for your specific offering - and why.
Compare multiple products
Do you sell several products or services? For each one, you create a separate offering. You can then easily compare which company best fits which product - without guesswork and without an extra spreadsheet.
Clear guidance
An index of 0-100 gives far more detail than just "yes - no". It shows estimated deal potential, responds to needs, budget, and other factors. Meeting preparation is grounded in data.
You're defining the target market for the entire business
You need to exclude companies where you can't work (sector, region, size)
You're building the foundation for an export, campaign, or prioritization
Your segment has hundreds or thousands of companies and you want to know where to start
You offer various products and need to map the right solution to the right audience.
You’re prepping for a meeting and want to pinpoint exactly why this company is a relevant fit.
Describe your product or service. What makes it unique, and what problem does it solve? Avoid generic terms like 'B2B software'—be specific about what it does and who it is designed for.
Company size, industry, region, technology—be specific with your criteria. The more precise your description, the better the Agent can recognize which companies match the profile."
Exclusions minimize false positives. List the industries and company types where you know you won’t succeed—the Agent will take this into account and stop ranking them high.

What is AI Prioritization?
AI Prioritization is a BizMachine feature that assigns each company in your segment a value of 0-100 based on how well it fits your offering. You describe in plain language what you sell and to whom, and AI Prioritization evaluates the entire segment and shows where it makes sense to start.
What is the difference between filtering and AI Prioritization?
Filtering defines which companies belong in your target segment (by NACE, revenue, region, and similar criteria). AI Prioritization then ranks the finished segment based on how well each company fits a specific offering, and gives each company a value of 0-100 plus a rationale. Filtering finds the segment, AI Prioritization determines where to start.
How does AI Prioritization work?
You describe your offering - what you sell, who is the ideal customer, and who is not - and AI Prioritization goes through every company in your saved segment. It combines firmographics, financials, signals, new roles and LinkedIn job ads, technology, and ownership structure, compares them with your offering, and assigns each company a value of 0-100 plus a reason why it ranks high or low.
What is an offering and how do you describe it?
An offering is a description of what you sell and to whom, which AI Prioritization uses to evaluate companies. A good offering has three parts: what you sell, who your ideal customer is, and who is not a suitable candidate. The more specific the description (technology, company size, industry, exclusions), the more accurate the results.
How much does AI Prioritization cost and how many credits does it use?
AI Prioritization is free of charge - it is included in the BizMachine Workspace license, so everyone with access to Prospector has it automatically. Each user has 1,000 credits per month for AI Prioritization.
Does AI Prioritization run across the entire database or only over a segment?
AI Prioritization always runs on your saved segment or label, not across the entire database. First filter your companies into a segment, then run AI Prioritization on it.
Does a company's evaluation update automatically?
No, the 0-100 value does not update itself when the offering changes. When you update your offering, run AI Prioritization on the segment again so the scores are recalculated according to the new input.
